How often are my files updated?

Currently, your files are updated every six hours, though you can kick off a manual sync at any point. Updated files include updates to the text, removal of files and additions of files.

Where is the data stored?

Your files are stored in a segregated and secure multi-vector database that is specific to your organization.

Research Assistants

How does the Research Assistant generate answers?

The Research Assistant should only answer questions based on the documents contained in the Library connectors that you attach to it. It should base its answers on any other external datasets or information that the LLM was trained on.
